I developed this interactive research tool to compare how institutional arrangements and organizational choices can shape different labor pathways under similar AI exposure. Choose an occupation and hold its AI exposure as the baseline. Then change institutional conditions, employer responses, and the division of tasks between people and AI. Save one scenario to compare its labor outcomes with another pathway. The explorer combines occupational and AI-exposure data with coded academic and policy evidence.
